HOT OFF THE PRESS - GRAND DRAW RESULTS

The Yorkshire Group is pleased to announce that at Gauge 1 North they launched their Summer Grand Draw. Two great prizes are on offer -  

 First Prize is a ready to run 2-rail electric British Railways Standard Class 4 Tank Engine, most kindly donated by Finescalebrass (UK) Ltd. This will be ready numbered and lined and will be presented in a glass display case.

The second prize is equally attractive - it is a voucher for a Footplate Driving Experience at Peak Rail in North Derbyshire. 

Tickets, priced £1.00 were on sale at all the exhibitions we  attended, and the Draw took place at 3.00pm on Sunday 28th July at the National Railway Museum. The draw was made by Mrs Dawn Riley, wife of our main sponsor, and was witnessed by independent adjudicators.
